Spikeball is played in groups of four, with two participants forming a team. The rules are very simple: 2 teams with 2 players each play against each other, the rules are similar to volleyball. All kinds of ball touches are allowed, and each team is allowed to have 3 ball contacts per attack - but less than 3 touches are also allowed. The whole area around the round net (360 degrees) can be used as the playing field. This creates a fast and agile game in small teams.
The special thing about Spikeball is that all the equipment for the sport can be carried in a backpack, so you can play anytime in the garden, in the park, on the beach and anywhere else you can find enough space and four enthusiastic people.
In addition to the explanation of the rules and small tips and tricks, the free game is practiced.
