Shaolin Kung Fu is one of over 300 kung fu styles that have evolved over the long history of Asian martial arts. In fact, Shaolin kung fu is one of the oldest styles. In addition to physical training, mental skills, as well as discipline and a strengthened self-confidence are also trained. Classes include a wide range of exercises and training sessions. Traditional exercises such as Tao Lu (movement forms) have the same importance as arm, leg, throw, lever, combat and self-defense techniques.
