Tanzen
verantwortlich:

"Dancing is the art of a couple to move as freely as possible in the smallest possible space, without stepping on the feet of themselves and others!"

Ballroom dancing is the term used since the second half of the 20th century to describe the union of Latin American dances and standard dances. Standard dances (Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Slowfox and Quickstep) are movement dances in which the dancers move around the room - more or less quickly, depending on the dance. Another characteristic of the standard dances is the body contact through which the dance partners remain connected without interruption. The Latin American dances of the World Dance Program (Samba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive), on the other hand, are danced more stationary and largely without physical contact.

If you are still looking for a dance partner for the course, please contact the What's App group here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/Dg2TtXOL6eD54jRMIKTlWn

Since the courses build on each other, it is not possible to skip a course! The course instructors will be happy to advise you at the end of each semester about a possible change to a higher course form. If you want to change to a higher level, you can use the table above as a guide to find a course that suits your dance level. In the basic courses, F1, F2 and F3, registration is only possible in pairs; if you register as a couple for the single registration basic course, we would like to point out that due to the course structure, the dance partner will be changed regularly in the course.

In order to preserve the floor of the room, we recommend that you bring clean, changeable shoes on which you can dance comfortably (for example, dance shoes or shoes with leather soles).
