Der wahrscheinlich schnellste Sport auf zwei Beinen wird beim Speedlacrosse noch schneller! Ohne Körperkontakt und ohne viel Ausrüstung geht es beim Lacrosse Mixed Kurs in einem 3vs3 auf's Feld. Herren und Damen spielen gemischt und es kommt neben der Schnelligkeit auch auf das smarte Ausspielen der Gegener an, um möglichst viele Tore zu schießen.
Der Kurs richtet sich sowohl an Fortgeschrittene als auch an Anfänger:innen: Wenn du noch nie einen Stick in der Hand hattest oder etwas eingerostet bist, bekommst du in einem Crashkurs alle nötigen Skills gezeigt, die es zum spielen brauchst. Wir wollen aber in erster Linie Spaß haben und uns beim Zocken auspowern.
Lacrosse in Deutschland
Die Sportart, vielen bekannt aus American Pie, Hanni und Nanni oder Teenwolf, kommt aus dem Mittelamerikanischen Raum und hat auch in Deutschland inzwischen viele begeisterte Spieler:innen und Fans gefunden. Auch die Paderborn Hornets (https://www.instagram.com/paderbornhornetslacrosse/) die sich 2013 aus dem Hochschulsport gegründet haben – konnten sich inzwischen mit einem Damen Team und einem Herren Team in der zweiten Bundesliga West etablieren.

Probably the fastest sport on two legs gets even faster with speed lacrosse! Without physical contact and without a lot of equipment, the mixed lacrosse course takes place in a 3v3 format. Men and women play mixed and, in addition to speed, it is also important to play smartly against your opponents in order to score as many goals as possible.
The course is aimed at both advanced and beginners: If you have never held a stick in your hand or are a bit rusty, a crash course will show you all the skills you need to play. But first and foremost we want to have fun and work out while gaming.
Lacrosse in Germany
The sport, known to many from American Pie, Hanni and Nanni or Teenwolf, comes from Central America and has now found many enthusiastic players and fans in Germany too. The Paderborn Hornets (https://www.instagram.com/paderbornhornetslacrosse/), which were founded in 2013 from university sports, have now been able to establish themselves in the second Bundesliga West with a women's team and a men's team.
