Ohne Helme, ohne Handschuhe, ohne Schoner: Bei den Lacrosse Damen wird zwar auf einen Großteil der bei den Herren üblichen Ausrüstung verzichtet. Doch spannend wird es trotzdem: Ohne Körperkontakt auf dem Feld stehen hier die Schnelligkeit, Kreativität und Team Play im Vordergrund. Mithilfe von Schlägern passen sich die Spielerinnen einen Hartgummiball zu und versuchen so das Runde ins Eckige zu befördern. Im HSP Kurs lernst du die Basics am Stick, wie man gemeinsam Lacrosse spielt, Tipps und Tricks und vieles weiteres. Ziel ist es gemeinsam Sport zu machen, Spaß zu haben und einen Einblick in die schnellste Sportart auf zwei Beinen zu bekommen. Wir freuen uns auf Dich!

No helmets, no gloves, no pads: the women's lacrosse team does without most of the equipment that is standard for men. But it's still exciting: with no physical contact on the field, the focus is on speed, creativity and team play. Using sticks, the players pass a hard rubber ball to each other and try to get it into the goal. In the HSP course, you will learn the basics of stick handling, how to play lacrosse together, tips and tricks, and much more. The aim is to play sport together, have fun and gain an insight into the fastest sport on two legs. We look forward to seeing you!
