This class is for beginners or intermediate level. The aim of this course is to learn important postural alignments in foundational yoga poses/asanas and get to know breathing exercises and meditation. We practice awareness, concentration and relaxation, and playfully explore the body. We practice to "flow" - synchronize breath and movement in the asanas and be in the moment.
This course does not meet the required standards of health insurance and therefore may not be subsidized.
