Yoga is a thousand year old tradition that includes a system of physical exercises and poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and mental exercises (meditation). Practicing yoga helps to reduce tension in the body as well as in the mind, to increase body awareness and improve posture and flexibility. The course combines dynamic asana sequences with deep stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation for a powerful workout, to strengthen body and breath and to increase flexibility, and for a playful practice of body awareness.
The different fee depends on the general condition: suitable dates, sports facilities, capacity of members.
This course does not meet the required standards of health insurance and therefore may not be subsidized.

Beginner: The course is designed to give a thorough and careful introduction to a fundamental series of yoga exercises: To learn different yoga poses/ asanas and breathing exercises, to practice body awareness, breathing, concentration and relaxation, and to playfully explore your body's possibilities.
Intermediate / Beginners 2: To deepen and extend the practice and knowledge of different yoga poses/asanas and breathing exercises, to practice body awareness, breathing, concentration and relaxation, and to playfully explore your body's possibilities.
