In this Pilates class we will focus on spinal mobilization, core stability, and full body strengthening and stretching. We will work with clear pelvic placement, to learn efficiently how to help injury prevention and tone muscles. Classes will always take place with background music, using the beat to encourage useful and steady rhythms throughout exercises. Let´s meet at the mat this semester!
The different fee depends on the general condition: suitable dates, sports facilities, capacity of members.
