Oriental Contemporary Dance include workouts and help the participants not only to find dance moves, but also strengthen the body and make them healthier.
Notes: Please wear comfortable clothes that would let you have a large range of motion. We dance bare feet or with socks. Previous dance experience is not needed. Classes will be taught in english.
Beginners: Come and enjoy a good workout, learn new dance moves and have fun! You will be able to loosen your body, learn basic oriental dance moves and combine them into sequences and experience a unique oriental contemporary style with influences from tribal fusion dance. In the end we will combine all these in an exciting choreography.
Advanced: Come and enjoy a good workout, learn new dance moves and have fun! You will be able to loosen your body, combine oriental dance moves into sequences and experience a unique oriental contemporary style with influences from tribal fusion dance. In the end we will combine all of these into an exciting, challenging and fun choreography. Workout will be included in the sessions, to train your body muscles. Previous dance experience is necessary, although dance experience in oriental dance is not mandatory.
