Muay Thai is a self-defense, competitive and fitness sport at the same time. Thaiboxing has been experiencing ever-increasing demand in recent years both as a self-defense and as  fitness training. Learning of elementary techniques of Muay Thai, especially in the context of self-assertion and self-defense techniques are the focus. In addition the technical foundations of martial arts serve functional strengthening, conditioning, flexibility and stabilization training.

Note:
For training a short pants and a t-shirt is needed. You train barefoot on the mats. If you already have protectors, boxing gloves and theeth protection, you should bring them.
