Hatha Yoga offers a dynamic and foundational practice that focuses on basic postures and breath control. It comprises many physical postures and positions that balance our body and mind. Hatha yoga is a perfect one for beginners who want to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Ashtanga Yoga is provided with systemic and structured approach, following a specific sequence of poses and breath. Ashtanga yoga mainly include asanas and postures, pranayama, meditation. This one could be physically challenging but builds strength and focus. Ashtanga is famous yoga form for weight loss in our body.

Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by flowing, dynamic movements that sync breath with movement, providing variety in sequences and postures to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga is a good choice for the ones who like high-intensity exercises. In addition, Vinyasa yoga is ideal for anxiety, depression, blood pressure and sleep.
