Do you know how stress works and what happens in your nervous system when you're stressed? What if we told you that stress can be a good thing, and that with your breath alone you can highly influence and regulate your nervous system? In this mini workshop, we will talk about the connection between stress and breathing and you'll leave equipped with 3 simple breathing technique to use for common everyday life situations.
The class will be held in English.
